Data Center Site Registry collects the contact and property information you choose to provide so we can evaluate a potential data center site and, where appropriate, contact you. Uploaded documents are used for that preliminary review. Submissions are not displayed as public listings.
What we collect and use
We retain your name, email, phone number, relationship to the property, site details, and any document you upload. We use this information to assess the opportunity, communicate with you, and maintain an internal record. We may consult relevant professional advisers or potential project participants when evaluating a site. Please share only material you are authorized to provide.
No commitment or representation
Submitting a property does not establish an agency, brokerage, fiduciary, or confidential advisory relationship; grant exclusivity; or obligate either party to pursue a transaction. A submission is an invitation for preliminary review, not an offer or acceptance.
Contact and corrections
For a question about a submission, or to request correction or deletion, use the submission form and write “privacy request” in the final notes field, referencing the property you submitted.
